1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, including browsing our website, making a reservation, or engaging in any rental agreement, you signify your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.
2. Services Offered
ChronoDrive provides a range of luxury BMW car rental services, which include, but are not limited to:
- Short-term and long-term luxury vehicle leases.
- Chauffeur services for various occasions.
- Corporate fleet solutions tailored to business needs.
- Special event transportation.
Specific terms for each service, including rental duration, mileage limits, and associated costs, will be detailed in the individual rental agreement or service contract.
3. Eligibility and Driver Requirements
To rent a vehicle from ChronoDrive, you must:
- Hold a valid, full driver's license for a minimum of two years.
- Be at least 25 years of age. Some premium vehicles may require a higher age limit.
- Provide valid identification and a credit card in your name.
- Comply with all insurance requirements as specified in the rental agreement.
4. Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations can be made through our online platform or by contacting us directly. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
Cancellation policies will vary depending on the service booked and will be clearly communicated at the time of reservation. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
5. Rental Period and Vehicle Use
The rental period is specified in your rental agreement. Vehicles must be returned to the agreed-upon location at the specified time and date. Late returns may incur additional charges.
You agree to use the rented vehicle responsibly and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws. The vehicle must not be used for illegal purposes, racing, towing, or off-road driving. Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.
6. Vehicle Condition and Damages
Upon collection, you will inspect the vehicle and acknowledge its condition. Any existing damages will be noted in the rental agreement. You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition, fair wear and tear excepted.
You will be liable for any new damages, theft, or loss of the vehicle during the rental period, up to the limits specified in your insurance coverage and rental agreement. An excess amount may apply.
7. Payments and Charges
All prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is typically required in advance or upon vehicle collection, as agreed in your rental contract.
Additional charges may apply for fuel discrepancies, excess mileage, late returns, cleaning fees, traffic fines, tolls, and any damages not covered by insurance.
A security deposit will be held at the start of your rental and released upon satisfactory return of the vehicle.
8. Insurance
Our vehicles are insured in accordance with legal requirements. Details of coverage, including any excesses, will be provided in your rental agreement. You may have the option to purchase additional insurance coverage to reduce your liability.
In the event of an accident or breakdown, you must notify ChronoDrive immediately and follow our emergency procedures.
9. Limitation of Liability
ChronoDrive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to or use of our services or website, except where prohibited by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ChronoDrive or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
12. Amendments to Terms
ChronoDrive reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
